Defective appliances, where possible, will be withdrawn from service pending repair or disposal.
Records
Hi-SPEC operates a fully traceable system and can provide records and customer feedback in various electronic and paper formats to suit customer requirements.
Certification is available on completion of your testing programme.

Socket Outlet Testing
The safe operation of a portable electrical appliance relies upon the integrity of the socket outlet to which it is connected.
Hi-SPEC can provide a service whereby we check the integrity of all socket outlets to ensure that they are connected and operate properly and are in a good state of repair.
Microwave Leakage and Power Output Tests
In addition to testing the electrical safety of microwave ovens,
Hi-SPEC can carry out leakage and power output tests on them to ensure that the users are not at risk from microwave radiation leaks
and that the oven is delivering the appropriate output.
Emergency Lighting Discharge Tests
In order to ensure that adequate illumination will be available in
an emergency, Hi-SPEC can carry out the prescribed discharge tests for all emergency lighting and provide a detailed report.
